La Casserole
La Casserole is a bistronomy restaurant on the slopes in Courchevel Moriond, at the foot of the Signal chairlift: carefully cooked meats over the fire and a sharp wine list, unusually ambitious for a slope-side table. Next door, its small corner La Casserolette serves matcha, lattes and mini burgers, so children can eat on their own while adults lunch properly.

La Casserole is family-friendly, but you can come here purely to eat well. The cooking is bistronomy: fine cuts over the fire, elaborate dishes, lamb cooked for seven hours, and wines chosen with care. No white gloves, but more ambitious than most restaurants on the slopes.
La Casserolette, its small corner next door, is the trick for families: matcha, café latte, a mini burger and small bites. Children can eat there together while the adults stay at the table.
The setting is the other reason to come: in the middle of the pistes, with a wide mountain view and soft music in the background. It belongs to Maison Tournier.
