Le Grand Café
Le Grand Café is the Asian restaurant of the Saint Joseph hotel on Rue Park City in Courchevel 1850, in a dining room inspired by 1930s Shanghai. Chef Koy's menu runs from sushi to Peking duck and seafood curry. It is the best answer in 1850 to a night off from cheese.
After a week of fondue, Le Grand Café is where people go. The room borrows from 1930s Shanghai, and the kitchen, led by Chef Koy, cooks Thai and broader Asian flavours: sea bream in banana leaf with coconut and ginger, sushi, Peking duck, seafood red curry.
It is one of the two restaurants of Le Saint Joseph, the Tournier family hotel, alongside the Italian San Marco.
